Prometheus Cave, also known as Kumistavi, is the largest and most famous cave in Georgia. Located about 20 km from Kutaisi, it offers a nearly 1.4-kilometer walking trail through six massive chambers filled with breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites.

The cave is enlivened with colorful LED lighting and soft classical music. Visitors can exit via an optional underground boat ride along a subterranean river.

Practical Info: Temperature remains a constant 14°C year-round — bring a light jacket even in summer.
